Snowy Sausage

It’s been an educational week, I’ve learnt about this wet white stuff called snow and not to eat the yellow bits (according to Mum but I can’t imagine why) I’ve never seen snow before and I have to say it’s a funny thing – it’s quite soft to start with, then I just got really wet and now it’s very crunchy and VERY cold!

Now things move differently in this snow stuff so I just had to have a go at chucking my ball around. When I asked Mum to film me she wasn’t too impressed as it was 7am and she was in her pj’s and I have to admit, even I found it a little cold (even with my padded coat on). But needs must and she reluctantly filmed me so you can all enjoy it!

It was weird when the white stuff starting falling from the sky as it got all stuck in my mop-a-top and beard, quite striking really!

Then it was time for my lunchtime walk (a sausage has gotta stay trim, even when it’s snowing) so Mum and I set off to the local park.

Things smell different under this snow lark so obviously being a hound dog I had to try and sniff out all the best trails.

Check out how big Mum’s size 4’s are in comparison to my small sausage head!

And whilst sniffing and snuffling around I found an abandoned snow covered tennis ball, finders keepers…

And it appeared when we got home that Mum and I were the only one’s who braved the snowy conditions, judging by the footprints in the snow…

I hope you are all enjoying the snow but remember to put your woolies and scarves on!

Dach’s all for now – I’m going to go and thaw a paw!
