It’s been a bit quiet on the pen-friend correspondence front as my Lovely Lottie has been sunning herself in the south of France. I’ve missed her witty repartee and her cute photos, however here’s a few of her holiday snaps, just to rub in the fact that the weather is pretty grey and Les Miserable in the UK!!

I will warn you – however much this looks like me, it isn’t! I did NOT get to holiday in the sun like a proper celeb in the south of France!!

Being chatted up by a much bigger dog than me!! I will let her off, being in a different country and all that…

I then received this snapshot via Twitter, who could the Lovely Lottie be sending a postcard to?

Me of course!

And today I received an interesting smelling package, it smelt of Lottie, food and frogs – no idea why?

Lovely Lottie had in fact sent me some French fancies from her travels, how very thoughtful!

The package also came with a cute love note however that’s private, so I’m not sharing that I’m afraid, I will keep it under my pillow so I can read it before I go to sleep…

So a BIG thank you to my Lovely Lottie for your thoughtful gift, it really meant a lot to me as you realised just how much I like treats and sampling foods from around the world – merci beaucoup!
