Fridays Furry Friend

Happy Friday everybody! How has your week been? We’ve been keeping our Mum company whilst she is on maternity leave, waiting for our new baby hooman to arrive! We’ve been multi-tasking by not only keeping Mum company but also making the most of the weather, what a sunny week it’s been! Our tanned bits are not going to be topped up by themselves, it’s a hard job being a dachshund!!

Speaking of Mum being on maternity leave, I thought I could be a Helpful Hound and offered to be Mum’s designated hospital driver. So I got the car out and gave it some maintenance and a clean up, we’re ready to roll! Just trying to convince Mum & Dad that I need a blue light on top so I get through the traffic quicker…

Dachshund Car

This weeks Furry Friend is William and what a dapper chap he is, we are just loving his jumper & neckerchief combo! Not only is he a dapper dachshund, he’s a talented sausage with football skills and the 3 paw balance – go William!

Hello
My name is William. I am 3 years old and live in Bolton with my momma and daddad Rachel and Alistair.
I like to go on long walks, play football with my daddad and cuddles with momma. I don’t like the rain, loud noises, the window cleaner or getting my feet wet.
I hope you like my photo. It’s me doing my special trick of the 3 paw balance which my momma loves when I do it so gives me a little treat.
Love William

Dach’s all for now – have a super sunny sausage weekend!

I think William could be my new best friend because I absolutely love playing football and hate loud noises, the rain and the window cleaner as well. He looks very dashing.
Glad you’re both so busy looking after your Mum. Will her case fit in your car Jeffrey? Might have to leave Alan behind?
Have a super tanning weekend. Take care.
    Regards,
    Finn
