Well this is our craziest and wackiest find yet – dachshund lip balm!

I have to say, I was pretty shocked when Mum asked me to blog this, she said lots of you out there may also want one, I’m not so sure…

It smelt funny, I just couldn’t quite put my paw on what it was…

And nor could Alan, even thought I think he just wanted to chew on the packaging, typical pup…

I decided I could only get a good look at this crazy invention if I took it out of its packet, Alan helped by getting his needle teeth in there, Mum said it was about time he put them to good use for once!

This strange little sausage dog is bright pink, like he’s spent far too long out on the lawn under the sun. I observed that it was probably the smallest dachshund I’ve ever come across, Mum said she doubts I was ever that small. How. Rude.

I felt sorry for this little dude when Mum went to open him up to show me what’s inside him. I was a little scared as I’ve never seen the insides of another dog before but she told me it would be ok, that he was all pink and soft inside, like me!

It turns out, his insides contain the blueberry pie flavoured lip balm, if only it was real pie…
