Fridays Furry Friend

Happy Friday! Have you all been enjoying the short period of Spring sunshine we’ve had this week? The boys & I have been making the most of it by sunning ourselves on the lawn, even if it was a little windy!! And have you noticed that the evenings are lighter? Yes, we had to loose an hours sleep on Sunday, which was pretty tough to be honest but I just napped all day and soon caught up. However the evenings are much lighter which has meant Mum has managed to walk us up in the fields when she gets back from work, excellent squirrel hunting time & it gives little Alan time to burn off that excess energy rather than hanging off my ears all evening  = result!

Dachshund Beard

This weeks Fridays Furry Friend is another sausage that seems to enjoy the sun! What a fab photo of Zoe! And can you believe that her first owners decided that they wanted a different breed to a dachshund??? I mean, REALLY?? Who wouldn’t want a dachshund in their life?! Anyway, it’s such a good job that Susan did want a sausage dog in her life and Zoe seems to love her new family!

Hi, Jeffrey!!  How’s it going?  This is Zoe (or Monster) doing what she does best and enjoying a sunny and warm February day in Texas . Zoe, the Monster, is approximately 11 years old.  We adopted her when she was about 3 years old—apparently her first owners decided they wanted a different breed.  Their loss!!!

P.S We’ll be skipping next weeks Fridays Furry Friend as Mum is going to visit her Nanny, we do need Mum’s laptop to do this & she said she’ll rudely be taking it with her!! However you can keep up with me on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram

Don’t forget, if you too would like to be my Fridays Furry Friend, email a photo and a bit about yourself to sausagetails@live.co.uk
