This weekend has been a chilled out one spent with my family! We’ve been enjoying the Spring sunshine that seems to have graced us this weekend, celebrating with a sunny walk along the river, watching the rowers go back & forth wondering if this is maybe a sport us dachshunds could partake it? Mum said our little stumpy legs would never be long enough but I think I’d like to give it a go at least! The weekend has been broken up with biscuit begging, sardine Saturday dinner and lots of naps!

Today was Mothers Day so whilst Mum, Dad, Nanny & all the family went and enjoyed a roast lunch, apparently dogs weren’t allowed in the pub, I’m unsure this is definitely true… we stayed at home & napped the morning away. But this was all made up with some lounging & sunbathing in the garden, the best way to end a weekend!

And I’d like to say a very Happy Mothers Day to all the Hoo-Mums and Fur-Mums out there, you do a fab job of looking after us all! We hope you’ve had a lovely day xx
