Yesterday was one of those really wintery, cold crisp days but it was lovely and sunny and made even better by visiting some dear friends of ours at Wimbledon Common. I have featured my friend Milo before on these pages, he’s a stunning blonde sausage that can rival any surfer dude!
On Christmas Eve he was diagnosed with a terminal and aggressive Lymphoma, which was devastating for his Mum , family and all his friends. We have all been supporting him though his chemotherapy treatment but this boy is a ninja and in true tennis ball luvvin style, he’s saying balls to cancer and found out on Friday that just shy of 3 weeks into a six month course of treatment, Milo has kicked the Big C – INTO REMISSION. This is unbelievable, he will continue with his treatment but we are so happy for him!
So we jumped in the car, whizzed over to Wimbledon and celebrated the good news with a walk and lunch, you know how much I like a lunch! Not only did we get to have a good catch up but our lovely friend Emma from Pics-Elated Photography was on hand to act as our very own paparazzi!
Milo, the coolest boy I know…
Beautiful Poppy…
And her sweet sister Indie…
One handsome fella, oh yeah, that’s me!
Dad getting me in training…
Off to the green, so we can all go mad and run around, by ‘we’ I mean all the young ones, I’ll just stay on the sidelines and supervise…
And sniff for bunny poop…
The very handsome Basil who owns our very own photographer, Emma!
Milo doing what he does best…
The newest addition to our group, the enchantingly cute Heidi who is just continuously happy! Lets just say Alan was a tad smitten with her…
Racing sausages, lets just say I let Alan win…
The standard dog on a log shot…
And behind the scenes of a celebrity dog photoshoot…
Soon it was time to stop in at the cafe for lunch, did someone say chicken panini?
Alan always gets the treats with those Bush Baby eyes!
Dach’s all for now – we’ve had a lovely weekend & hope you have too!

Hi Chaps,
What a fantastic, inspiring story. Well done Milo. Wishing you all the best as you recover and go from strength to strength.
As for the photos, wonderful! You’re all supermodels.

Finn
P.S. I’ve been measured for an Equafleece today (Mum has been impressed by your wonderful attire). I appear to be square??
