Today was a good day! We went to meet my lovely luscious long haired friends at Wimbledon Common for a muddy and very fun walk! The even lovelier Emma Newman, Mum to Digby and the swamp monster that is Basil, was on hand to take some amazing photographs of us all, I think her fab photos speak for themselves…

Womble was ready for his walk!

This gorgeous boy is my buddy Milo, he’s so pretty!

Milo just loves to swim, I’m sure he was an otter in a former life…

Fear not those who were worried he would get cold, his Mummy was on hand with a big fluffy towel to dry him off, I’m not sure he appreciated it though…

Basil aka ‘The Swamp Monster’ was also having a fab time in the water, we all enjoyed watching him…

Until he came out and shook all over us!

We lost a tennis ball in the lake, my Dad and Jo tried to rescue it but it was a lost cause…

Alan was there, of course, making some new friends.

These lovely girls are Poppy & Indie, I think they are very pretty long haired lovelies!

This girl sporting a feather on her nose is Ziggy, a lovely old wirey girl…

I was looking for squirrels, Mum mentioned there might be some around here…

Milo’s so cool that he even had a bandana with ‘dude’ on it, I’m a little bit jealous…

After a fun walk and a yummy lunch it was soon time to head off home…

We’ve had a lovely Sunday and it was so nice to see our friends, next time we’ll be looking for the wombles of Wimbledon!
