Happy Friday everyone! What a busy old week it’s been, Fathers Day & Dad’s birthday last Sunday and then it was Mum’s 30th yesterday! It was a really nice day as Mum & Dad took the day off work to spend some quality time with us, we went for a stroll into town where Dad I bought Mum a Starbucks coffee, we met Nanny & Rodney for a pub lunch and then went for a stroll along the river – a perfect summers birthday!

So this weeks Furry Friend has been nominated by friends of mine, Amber & Maisie and their Mum Melanie. Charlie was a new addition to their long & low family 2 months ago and it sounds like he’s been getting his paws under the table and has settled in very well! We’re looking forward to seeing them all again soon!

Charlie has been living with us for just over two months now. He’s really settled down and we couldn’t imagine life without him ( we’ve shown him all our secret hiding places) His favourite things are walks and cuddles and racing his retriever friends into the woods. His manners are so much better now so we are all looking forward to going on another Dachshund group walk very soon.
