Fridays Furry Friend

Aloha everyone! Well it’s been so hot in the UK this week that it actually feels like Hawaii!! Well, Hawaii without the palm trees, flower leis, coconut cocktails, girls in hula skirts but you get the drift…

Now I do love a bit of sunbathing most days, those tanned bits of mine won’t get topped up by themselves, however this week it has been a tad too warm to even do that, so we’ve been dousing Rodney’s massive hooter in sun cream, licking ice cubes & throwing our sun visors on to protect the brows, well I have anyway…

This weeks Furry Friend is a fellow wirey wiener who goes by the name of Max. He’s an esteemed fellow who suffers from epilepsy, poor Max had to find a new home after his owner was unable to care for him but it sounds like he’s found a lovely new home, including a sister called Hooba, that gives him everything he needs!

Dear Jeffrey
Here’s my pic. I’m 12 nearly. Not a well chap as I have epilepsy. I originally come from Germany. My first Mum went into a home in Luxembourg when I was 8. No one wanted me. Nearly a year later my new mum adopted me. We all lived in Luxembourg at the time. Very happy now as I get medication twice a day and special food from the vet. We are now in the UK and I like it. Did have a few language issues initially but I now understand English!!!  I also have a new sister called Hooba. She’s the boss!

You look very dapper in your visor Jeffrey.
We think Max looks really relaxed and happy as he’s fallen on his paws with a new family and sister. He’s also a brave boy so we hope his medication and diet continue to keep him well.
Hope you two have a super weekend. Not too hot hopefully.
    Take care.
    Regards,
    Finn

Aww now MacJeffers that was a wee lovely story of MacMax & his journey of life that now finds him and his lovely hoomans family in England (although I must impress on yae that should yae consider another hoose move that Bonnie Scotland would be a more considered choice as we have a more ruffined way of speaking).

We welcome yae wee laddie and we hope that your wee Bonnie sister sister Hoobo takes good care of her elder statesman.
