Happy Friday all! Have you had a nice week? Our Mum had a nice surprise, she won a prize draw from our local spa salon, Sunrise Health & Beauty, she loves cosmetics and girly things so that made her happy! Alan & I thought it smelt very nice, in fact so good we were sure we could have a nibble but Mum assured us no, this was only for her body…

This weeks Fridays Furry Friend has been sent to us by Carla. I have to agree with her wirey chap Crumb, after the grey, wet weather this week, in front of the fire is the best place to be! I am very jealous of his wood burner, Mum & I are currently working on Dad to install one for us, I’m sure this photo of Crumb will convince him that a wire haired dachshund looks good in front of a fire!

Here’s out standard wire guarding the fire following his spring haircut.
If he’s your FFF, he’s asked for a shout out to his HBF (human best friends) Millie & Charlie.
Crumb is 5 years old and lives on a small holding in Shropshire but hates getting his feet, and undercarriage wet, and he’s afraid of the sheep so really is only suited to fire guarding duties.
