Yesterday we headed over to Headley Heath in Surrey for a catch up with some of our fab sausagey friends! One particular lovely friend called Emma of Pics-Elated Photography, Mum to Jester & Basil, took some amazing photos of us so we have included those too, it’s like having your own pro-photographer following you around!

However I think Alan may have needed to wake up a bit before we started our photo shoot…

The views as soon as we got there were amazing, miles of countryside as far as the eye could see…

Some lovely moors to run around in…

And also some woodland, perfect for those dog-on-a-log shots!

I even found my very own wooden hut, Mum said I looked like Eeyore from Winnie The Pooh, I have no idea what she’s implying, that I look like a donkey?

My mini-me Jester had a lovely time scurrying up the hills, with his Mum right behind him trying to get those perfect action shots!

The rather beautiful Poppy was there too with her sister Indie, I do love those girls!

And the ever so cute Pixie. Alan needs to take a lesson in growing some proper tan patches from her, just saying…

Speak of the devil, looks like he’s on the hunt for some critters, typical mad pup!

And here’s the very pretty Floss, she’s spending some holiday time with Mum’s good friend Laura at the mo, she’s just so precious & she made Alan look so big!

Here’s evidence that I do run around a lot, despite what Mum & Dad say!! It was just the perfect place for a sausage to stretch his legs!

After all that running I just had to have a sit down, well I didn’t want to be too exhausted for my pub lunch did I?!

We found a small lake towards the end of our walk to have a cool down in with Basil leading the way…

Basil is the original Swamp Monster!

And who’d have thought that Poppy the beautiful cream long haired would want to get those lovely locks filthy?!

Spot the only sausage who didn’t even get his paws wet…

After a sprint back to the car (well someone did mention pub lunch) we pulled up to The Cock Inn just down the road. The waitress gave me a menu but so many lovely choices!

Once I’d put my order in, a steak sandwich naturally, I not so patiently waited for my lunch to arrive…

But not before first having a drink with these lovely ladies! The perfect Pixie…
