This week’s Fridays Furry Friend is a special little lady called Penny. She’s had a bit of a rough time lately but she’s pulled through and is so lucky to have the love of her family. Here’s a lovely message from her Mum Sarah:

Penny is almost 2 years old and she is the sweetest, most gentle dog and we are the luckiest people to have her in our lives! 

A few months ago Penny got bitten by a cat and got very infected and very sick. Her stomach muscles swelled up and her skin ripped open. Penny would not eat or drink and had to go to the vet many times (which cost a lot). We thought we were going to lose our baby, but right before Christmas she was given a clean bill of health and got her bandages and cone removed! A Christmas miracle! We are so lucky to have her in our lives and would love for others to see what a great adorable dog she is!
