..And Nurse Schnauzer! That’s who Harvey and I are today as sadly, my Nanny has been in hospital for the day and she needs looking after. Who better to dote on her than a loveable sausage dog? I’ve been taking her temperature (for some reason Nanny wouldn’t let me use the one Mum uses for me), been feeding her grapes (Harvey and I were good and didn’t nick any, we know they are bad for us) and keeping her warm (this was achieved by Harvey and myself lying full body length on top of Nanny).

Tomorrow will be Nanny’s recuperation day, this will involve breakfast in bed (Bonio’s for me), physiotherapy with Nanny hopefully taking me for a walk in the park and a nap to help the healing process. Snoozing will most likely be done in front of a DVD, probably Open Season as Mr Weenie is my favourite character.

Now I’m off to bed, I need to get some well earned rest before my next shift starts…
