So a few weeks ago Mum thought it would be fun to enter me into a photo competition. Mum and I follow another sausage blog called Crusoe The Celebrity Dachshund , I have to admit he is kinda cute! So Mum emailed Crusoe’s ‘Mom’ as they live in the big US of A as she wasn’t sure that a little ol’ wirehaired from the UK could enter but Crusoe’s Mom said yes!
So Mum entered this picture of me, pretty stunning don’t you think 😉
Yeah yeah, I can hear you all now ‘isn’t she gorgeous’, ‘what a specimen of a wirehaired dachshund’ – thank you to all of you for your compliments but the proof is in the pudding or as I like to say Bonio and I was actually chosen for the top 10 out of THOUSANDS of entries, mainly from America! To say I was pretty chuffed was an understatement!! When Mum told me my tail wagged so hard that she thought I was going to take off!
