Hounds at Headley Heath – Mum, Dad, Alan & I headed over to Headley Heath in Surrey to catch up with some of our lovely Dachshund friends. A long country walk followed by a yummy pub lunch – my favourite kind of Saturday!

Help For Heroes Hounds – our pal Lenny’s Mum hosted a Help for Heroes fundraising BBQ at our house, we had a lovely day and raised lots of money!

Marlow Pooch Mooch – we started our Bank Holiday Weekend off with a fun stroll along the river with our local dachshund pals!

I have just finished reading Lily and the Octopus. Brilliant book. I read it in double quick time as I could not put it down, and was sorry to get to the end. Very real and something a lot of us have to go through. Having recently lost one of my babies, I really felt for the guy. One of the best books ever. 5*
