Each week I get sent some fab photos of all my lovely followers, it’s always nice to see what you’ve been up to and especially any fancy dress shots or ones of you with your pals. I decided it was about time I shared these with all of you by launching

Fridays Furry Friends. 

Each week you can email me a photo of your Furry Friend, this does not have to be a dachshund or even dog specific, hey I like all animals and even have non-doggy Furry Friends of my own! This can be a natural shot in the park on your daily walk, posing on the sofa or simply having a snooze, just let your imagination run away (not too much though, Mum doesn’t like it when I run away!)

I will then do a blog each Friday with my favourite Furry Friend of the week, it will also be on Facebook and Twitter.

What you need to do:

1. Choose a photo of your Furry Friend

2. Write a few lines about your Furry Friend and be sure to include their name!

3. Email it to sausagetails@live.co.uk – please use subject line ‘Fridays Furry Friends’

4. Look out for your Furry Friend on Sausage Tails, Facebook & Twitter!

You can enter as many times as you like and for as many weeks as you like! There will also be a new page added to my blog where each Furry Friend of the week will be featured to ensure you never miss it!

Some weeks I may even mix it up and spring a theme on you. As we are approaching Halloween I thought it would be fun to launch our first Fridays Furry Friends with a Halloween theme – my favourite one of the week will be the first Fridays Furry Friend to be featured next Friday 1st November.

Well I can’t wait to see what you come up with but I reckon it’s going to be tough choosing my first Fridays Furry Friend!
