Fridays Furry Friend

Happy Friday all! We’ve had a busy few days as Mum and Dad are off on holiday next week so they’ve been busy getting clothes washed, luggage down from the loft and our food ready for a week away. Apparently sitting in the suitcase a) doesn’t mean we can go and b) isn’t helpful – who’d have thought it?

I am really loving this weeks Furry Friend, a fellow wirey Gentleman called Finn. We have a lot in common, and I don’t mean just our beards, he likes to patrol his home kingdom, making his toys soggy and barking at the postman – me too! We were very sorry to hear that Finn lost his best friend Dill a month ago, big sausage-hugs to you and your family Finn.

Hi Jeffrey
My name is Finn. I’m eight years old but apparently have ‘never grown up’. I’m a little bit lonely at the moment, having lost my best friend, Dill, a month ago. But I’m trying to keep myself busy, busy, busy playing football (my passion), going on patrol around the boundaries of Finn Towers, looking for edibles, chewing and making my toys soggy and taking it easy on the windowsill (a brilliant vantage point for some serious barking as I defend Finn Towers from postmen and the like).
Regards,
Finn

Finn I can’t tell you how sorry I am to hear you recently lost your best friend. Perhaps at some point your parents will add a new friend to your family? In the meantime, stay busy patrolling your estate, killing the squeakers in your toys, and making your family laugh. You surely are a handsome little bloke! Kisses!
