So how has your week been? We’ve been catching as many rays in the garden and chasing the sun patches around the living room, it won’t be long until Summer has departed & I have to make sure I have topped up my tanned bits!! We’ve done our usual walks firth thing with our ‘morning friends’ however today’s stroll was particularly sad as we had to bid farewell to our friend Teddy the cockapoo as he and his family are moving to Weymouth today. Mum was extremely sad to say goodbye to Teddy’s Mum Ellie, as she has become a good friend, and we will miss chasing squirrels with this giant ball of fur. However we hope this is the excuse we need to go and visit him and enjoy some lovely beach walks! Best to leave it there before Mum starts blubbering again…

This weeks Furry Friend is Bella from Texas! All I can hear when saying that is the Dallas theme tune playing…. Anyway, Susan has nominated her rather lovely smooth girly Bella and it sounds like she’s really landed on her paws, a new home with Susan, a fun sister in Zoey & trips to the bank where they give her bones – what more could a sausage want? And I have to say, I am slightly jealous of her funky lobster collar!

This is Bella from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. She is six years old and has an older sister, Zoey the Monster, who is pretty camera shy. I got Bella from a co-worker who was needing to rehome her and luckily, I spoke up first.  She is a first class cut-up, loves to play ball and does this weird thing where she catches the ball, puts it down, and then pretends to sniff around and hunt it all the while that tail goes like crazy!!!  She also likes to go to the bank with me but they don’t always remember to give her a bone, and she gets pretty bummed out.  Love your Jeffrey—hope to have a wire haired one of these days!
