I would like to say a big THANK YOU to my sausage Valentine the Lovely Lottie (that’s her full name) who posted me a yummy package that included wild rabbit ears – something I had never tried before.

Mum thought it would be ‘hilarious’ for me to try them on for size…

As you can see from the look on my bearded face – one was not amused.

So on to the tasting and I have to say good choice Lottie – they were divine! Crunchy but chewy and nearly as good as pork crackling!

So thank you very much to Lovely Lottie Valentine for introducing these to me – I highly (as high as a sausage can go) recommend them!
