It’s that time of year again when we all get a little bit rosey-eyed and romantic, thinking of that ‘special’ person and making sure our whiskers are trimmed to perfection, it’s Valentines Day! Mum said I look very pretty in pink however I like to think it’s more distinguished and handsome…

So I threw on my best tie, heart themed of course, to celebrate the most romantic day of the year!

Alan wanted to get involved, as always, so Nanny found him a red neckerchief to match our hearts, the cut out ones not our actual hearts, now that would be weird!!

We bought our lovely not-so-secret-valentines ladies a special treat, Wellybix chocolate flavoured treats! Well all ladies love chocolate don’t they?

I think my Lovely Lottie will just love these, as will Alan’s fellow chocolatey smoothie Edith!

The lovely Alison at Wellybix even made us a very special version of these treats, hearts and sausage dogs – the perfect treat for any dachshund!

I’m sure Alan will write Edith a loving message in his card, he does like to wear his heart on his sleeve…

And I will be sending Lovely Lottie lots of licks & snuggles, I’m an old romantic me! I just wish I could see her to reenact the famous Lady & The Tramp spaghetti scene, one day…
